The Avengers Fitness Challenge!

Confession: if you didn't already know, I'm a geek. And like most geeks, I can't tell you how fracken excited I am for the upcoming Avenger's movie on May 4th!!!! AHH!!! (Yes, when everyone else was Googling superbowl commercials, I was playing the Avengers trailer.)

I don't know about you guys but when I see super heros with incredible physiques and fighting for the good cause, doesn't it just make you want to be awesome?!

Maybe it's just me but I want to be in the BEST shape of my life when I see that movie on May 4th!! So starting today (I already started!!) I'm going to be working my toosh off until May 4th ;-) Are you with me?!

This whole transformation totally gets me purring. 

See what happened to Captain America?!?! Just picture that being you if you join this fitness challenge!! hehe *wink wink*

I mean, face it peeps - It's the beginning of February and you probably are looking for a reason to get re-motivated about fitness again anyways, right? May 4th is 13 weeks away! That's plenty of time for you to see some great results in your physique and get ready for summer time!! My challenge to you for the next 13 weeks is to workout 6 days a week and eat your veggies at least 3x a day! So tap into your inner super hero and get on it!! (p.s. leave a comment if you're in!!)
