Back On It Workouts!

Hi guys, 

So ever since I cooked up my delicious pumpkin empanadas I immediately fell off of the bandwagon by stuffing my face endlessly with them, and then quitting workouts for several days. :D tee hee! But don't worry I have officially come back and decided to put away the treats and to start getting serious about my workouts again!

So I created these little workout videos for you to do with me if you've found yourself fallen off the wagon too!! 

Set your timer for 30 Rounds
10sec REST
50sec WORK

1. Jumping Jacks
2. Legs Elevated w/Reptile Side Turn
3. Suicide Clap & Jump
4. Around the World Lunges
5. High Knee Runs
6. Superman Retractors
7. Side Shuffles
8. Diamond Pushups
9. Jump Rope
10. Rows with Twist

Set your timer for 12 Rounds
10sec REST
50sec WORK

1. High Knee Runs
2. Crab to Pike Press
3. High Knee Runs
4. Dumbell Row
5. High Knee Runs 
6. Side to Side Lunge
